Giải đề IELTS Writing ngày 26/03/2022 – Task 1

The maps show the changes made to a small museum and its surroundings in 1990 and 2010.

Giới thiệu về biểu đồ (line graph) và nội dung chính của biểu đồ, paraphrase lại đề bài.

Paraphrase:

• show = present
• its surrounding = its nearby area

– Overview:

• The museum area had not undergone many dramatic changes, except for the expansion of the car park and the introduction of a new cafe.

2. Bài viết mẫu task 1 cho đề IELTS Writing ngày 26/03/2022

The maps present how a small museum and its nearby area had changed from 1990 to 2010. In general, the museum area had not undergone many dramatic changes, except for the expansion of the car park and the introduction of a new cafe. 

The exhibition room opposite the main entrance of the museum used to be an L-shaped building in 1990, but later it had been demolished to make way for the expansion of the shop, located to the left of the entrance. There were two separate exhibition rooms in 1990, but they were combined in 2010 to create one big building. Besides these, lying perpendicular to the merged exhibition rooms and next to the one facing the main entrance, the restaurant remained untouched throughout the period. 

In 1990, there was a large garden to the left of the museum, and this remained unchanged in 2010. The cottage to the right of the museum had been replaced by a new cafe in 2010. The car park located opposite the garden in 1990 had been expanded 20 years later thanks to the clearance of the garden.

2. Dàn bài mẫu cho đề IELTS Writing ngày 26/03/2022

INTRODUCTION

– Giới thiệu chủ đề và dẫn dắt vào vấn đề. Paraphrase đề bài (General statement).

• people sacrifice the chance to stay near their families and friends to relocate for work.
  (nhiều người hy sinh cơ hội được ở gần gia đình và bạn bè của họ để chuyển nơi ở vì công việc)

– Trả lời câu hỏi của đề bài (Thesis statement): Đưa ra quan điểm của người viết về ý kiến trên.

• While this may have certain drawbacks, from my perspective, the benefits are more significant.
  (có thể có những hạn chế nhất định, nhưng theo quan điểm của tôi, những lợi ích mang lại là đáng kể hơn.)

BODY 1: 

– Sử dụng cấu trúc: “On the one hand, …”

– Đưa ra những bất lợi về mặt tâm lý

• enduring mental health problems
  (người xa nhà có thể mắc các bệnh tâm lý)

3. Bài viết mẫu task 2 cho đề IELTS Writing ngày 26/03/2022

These days, many people are willing to sacrifice the chance to stay near their families and friends to relocate for work. While this may have certain drawbacks, from my perspective, the benefits are more significant.

On the one hand, people who move away from families and friends are more at the risk of enduring mental health problems. Physical distance usually discourages them from confiding their troubles to their loved ones. This is often the case of migrant workers who keep their suffering to themselves just to ease their families’ worries. Consequently, they are more vulnerable to mental health issues, such as depression, while their families and friends at home remain unaware. This circumstance could even get worse if these people are introverts who tend to distance themselves from their new colleagues. 

On the other hand, for those relocating for a job, they are more likely to achieve career fulfillment. For one thing, there are often better career prospects available outside their hometown to people of working ages. Bigger cities or countries are hubs of various industries, which promise more career choices and significantly higher wages. Therefore, it is far easier for people to find a suitable job. Secondly, this can help people, especially those who have just reached adulthood, advance their careers faster. Living with parents could indeed trigger emotional issues because of family conflicts, which could negatively influence their work performance. Without that potential disturbance, young people can wholeheartedly devote themselves to their work and thrive.

In conclusion, because of work, more people are living away from families and friends, which has both advantages and disadvantages, and I believe that this is more beneficial to individuals.
